Who Do I Wish Happy Thanksgiving To?
Colleen- my wife who takes care of me, feeds me, makes sure I have clean clothes and takes care of my children! Oh yeah, she even brings home money now! How sweet is that? Love you, Honey and am very thankful for you in my life! Couldn't and wouldn't even want to do it without you!
Sean and Jessi- my children! My life, the reason I go to work every day, my pride and joy! Both really good kids- we got lucky there I think! Until you have children of your own, you are missing the single most touching moment in your life- when you FINALLY meet them! Cannot be beat by any feeling in the world short of a Viking's Super Bowl!
My parents- without them, I wouldn't be here! Enough said!
Jerry- my best friend and his wonderful family! How I got along for 12 years without him is beyond me! We always got together better than I have with any other human being short of Colleen and have to think we always will! When I need to get a buzz on or be cheered up on a ride to work, there is no better or more qualified person in the universe! Could not be happier that you work with me and will always be on my short list for life! Sorry you weren't my best man at my wedding- something I will always regret and hope to get a chance to rectify sometime in the next ten to fifteen years! Renewing vows is a big thing now a day and I think I FINALLY got the right guy!
Nicole- for her wit, for her sense of humor, for her friendship with my wife and her friendship with my family! My wife's best friend! I don't need to say more than that! Plus, no one in the world is better at getting THE JUICE!
Tim and Kristie- My brother in law and future sister in law! Imagine if poor Tim was still with Meghan! Nice upgrade there, Timmy! LOL! Kristie knows more about football than most men I know! PLUS she likes baseball and the Sox! She might be a Pats fan but no one can be perfect, right? LOL
Karen- my future sister in law's sister! Never met her but really! Feel like I have! Have a feeling she might be a little like Kristie!
Karl- former employee, long time friend! Had a blast hunting with you you old fool- even if you couldn't hit a porcupine at ten feet! LOL! Can't wait to go out to your farm and shoot and catch stuff! Go Jets! LOL
Scott and Sarah- my brother and possibly sister in law! Thanks for having me out for football and letting me yell and scream at the Fing Vikings and knowing that I am into the game! My brother really seems happy for the first time in a long time and I am very grateful for that!
My house and job! Without the later, I would not have the former! Love living in my own house and living in Hampden so my kids can go to school where their Mom and Dad did! Also love that I am 100 yards from hunting whenever I am home! Also can't beat having a place where Sean can catch trout 200 yards down the road!
I have a lot to be thankful for and am very grateful for all the wonderful things and people in my life! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and everything on my list! How can you beat a holiday with hunting, football and tons of food! Not sure you can! Well, I suppose I could shoot a 200+ pound buck to top it all off! Later

What a great blog!! =o) You're pretty great yourself! It's been great having things in common with you and Colleen (football, scrapbooking). I'm excited to have you both as my in-laws!!
Wow... you are one big sappy bucket of sap :-)
You know sap isn't my thing, but I feel the same way about most of that stuff!!
Go eat, shoot, your deer watch, ur football, and be thankful. Oh did I mention spend time with your love ones! Anyway its a Niki moment JUST DO IT! not necessarily in that order
This is a truly great blog bro....
and don't worry I won't say anything about the fact that we have had some great conversations about how meeting our kid for the first moment was the greatest when we ride in to work.... I mean I wouldn't want any one to think that we are sappy when they don't know about it.
You are an amazing guy.
You have been my only best friend and I wanted to say that having you back is one of the things that I am thankful for. It was a long miserable time without you to throw ideas around with....
Like good ol' Johnny Appleweed and the TV show that I think we should make. ;0)
Happy thanksgiving bro.
OMG..., get out the Steel Magnolias movie and some tissues...will you also need some toenail polish?
*Laughs*
I haven't seen the movie but I assume that can only be a dig.
I know you have seen it! You wanted a Broke Back/Steel Magnolia's night when the women were gone! LOL! Love the Appleweed stories! Sometimes, the shit we think up should NEVER be repeated!
