Yep, I Sure Did!
I saw what kind of night it was and asked if I could leave early and hunt the last hour of the day! They love me so they said, "why are you still here?" So, I came home, took a shower and got on my hunting clothes and went out! Perfect night! Overcast, a little drizzle! I knew I'd see deer! So, to make an absolutely miserable story short, I missed a descent buck THREE times! I couldn't see through the scope and was basically guessing where the deer was by the white of it's tail! Pissed me off but oh well, I have next week off and I better get something then or I am starting to think this isn't my year! Had a very yummy supper when I got home even though I didn't notice that there was spaghetti to go with it until after I had eaten! Well, off to watch Survivor and settle in for the night! Starting to think I suck at hunting! Later

Ok... I took it as a typo or mistake in your last blog, but I can stay silent no longer. It's DECENT... not DESCENT.

MAYBE the buck was in the act of descending down hill as Rick missed them or maybe his rounds were descending under the the buck three times who knows!
